PGM-Q Privacy Policy

PGM-Q is a process-capability and production-risk calculator for manufacturing engineers. This page says what the app collects, where it goes, and how to get it deleted.
What PGM-Q collects

We do not ask for a name, a company, a phone number or a location, and the app never collects them. Signing in is optional; the only feature that needs an account is sync.
Where it goes
- Supabase (US-East region) hosts sign-in and the sync database. Every row is restricted to its owner at the database level.
- Stripe handles subscription payments made on the web. Card details are entered on Stripe's own pages and PGM-Q never receives them. A subscription bought through an app store is handled by that store instead.
These providers act on our instructions. Your data is not sold, rented, shared with anyone else, or used to build advertising profiles.
What we do not do
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
- No analytics or telemetry SDK. We do not track how you use the app.
- No sale or sharing of personal information, ever.
Security
All traffic between the app and our providers is encrypted in transit over HTTPS (TLS). Access to synced records is enforced per user by the database, so one account cannot read another's rows.
Permissions
The app requests network access only. It touches a file solely when you ask it to, when you pick a file to import or save a PDF or PNG you generated. It does not browse your files, photos or contacts.
Retention and deletion
Local data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Synced data and your email address are kept until you ask us to delete the account. Signing out does not delete anything: it disconnects the device and leaves your local copy intact.
To delete your account and everything synced with it, follow the steps on Delete your PGM-Q account. Deletion completes within 30 days and nothing is retained.
Children
PGM-Q is a professional engineering tool. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date above changes and the new version is published here before it takes effect.
